I applied online. I interviewed at Actalent (San Francisco, CA) in Sep 2022
Interview
Spoke with a recruiter who was very nice and the best part of the process. Then moved on to a very senior person in the company for next interview who really didn’t seem happy to be on the phone with me. He left our hour conversation with me doing almost all the talking which I understand but again felt like the whole thing was half cocked. Then moved on to meeting in the office with two senior people that didn’t have me on the calendar. I meet with one who was late and just kind of went with it. It was a basic interview and was about 2 hours long and in that time only talked alittle about the actual position. I was shown some graphs on the screen of how they logged calls etc. Then shown around the office. Bottom line is the person wasted a lot of time and energy to make me feel like the position was as good as mine but I received an email the next day saying they did not want to move forward with me. Seems like this guy just want to burn some of his day because I have never went threw this whole show no to get an offer. For such a seasoned company this was done like a crappy start up. Complete waste of time all around.
