They’ll respond to your application with a fairly typical suite of headhunter questions, often for exciting positions. When the news isn’t good, not only do they ghost you, but won’t respond to your inquiries to follow up. Pretty unprofessional, like a growing number of companies because I guess courtesy must be owed to someone to be granted.
