Very poor experience. They tried to undersell me as a technician for incredibly low pay, even though I have an engineering degree with vast experience. If you are desparate as an recent grad to find a job, you can test your luck. Recruiters are incredibly hard to work with, and will push you to accept low offers. Don't waste your time.

I received a call from a recruiter with Actalent after submitting my resume for a position. We then initiated a phone screen because of both of our availability. We discussed the role and validated my experience.

Interview asked questions about my interest, but had very little knoeldge about the industry which made it difficult to highlight my interest. However, provided a good number of potential job opportunities to look into.
