Actalent ethics were not favorable. A past associate from Aerotek who helped me staff a former position, sent me an associate who let personal issues interfere with her job and I later had to end her contract. 7 years later this same recruiter from Actalent brought up this individual during an interview with another division of the same company that I was interview of for and brought up the former employees name and also had the manager ask me questions regarding a process I never used but was familiar with which was also the topic invoices with the former employee. This caused me to not accept any further action with the position or with Actalent for their unethical approach. Recruiter also stayed in my interview call which is not something that is normally done.
