I was referred to the company by a former colleague. Underwent an impromptu interview when I called their reference, and was subsequently connected with their internal hiring staff and started working remotely shortly thereafter.

I don't recall specific questions, however, they asked about my work experience, and what my expectations for a potential role would be.
