Disorganized mess. I applied for one role, I was reached out to and was asked to provide times when I was available for a call. I provided the times and never heard back. A week later I was called by a different person for a completely different role for lower pay. I humored them and showed interest, and he said he would send an email with the job description, which I never received and I never heard from them again.

At first there will be an online exam this is an elimination round. Next round is interview. In Interview they will ask about all the skills mentioned in the resume.

HR were really supportive through all the process and the communication was very effective. Then you have a interview with the client to assert your technical skills and the cultural fit with the company.
