Actalent Research Assistant interview questions

My experience with Actalent was absolutely terrible. I worked with a recruiter for 8 weeks and only had one interview which I then proceeded to wait 4 weeks to hear back regarding the company's decision. I was consistently mislead through information that was given to me through a recruiter that was based in the Columbus, OH area. I originally had applied for one position through their database and contacted a recruiter for that specific position, this is where the relationship stemmed from. In terms of that original position, I was told that I really did not qualify for the position but I would be under consideration for numerous other positions with various companies in the Columbus area. I reached out for 10 days after the original proposal of companies that were interested in interviewing me however there was always an excuse as to why he did not have updates for me. I was continuously mislead with false information of all of these companies that would be interested in me and that kept me in the loop so he could hold onto me for as long as he wanted. For my one interview that I did have, I had the interview with the company and then waited 4 weeks for an update that the recruiter would provide. After what I thought was a failed interview, I began to apply for various other positions and was basically fed information that I was not a good fit for one and or that information had to be gathered regarding another position from the Account Manager responsible for the position. Eventually I began to see that this was going nowhere after communicating with another recruiter through Actalent, I decided that the best option for me would be terminating my relationship with Actalent. Once I terminated my relationship, I received a phone call from the original informing me that I was not chosen for the position that I interviewed for and that they went with someone with more specific experience. I was also informed that I did not meet the criteria for positions that I was interested in within the area of Columbus, OH. However, outside of this company I have had 4 other interviews with other companies in the Columbus, OH area and consistently have been receiving great feedback on my education and experience. If anyone is considering Actalent to help to pursue a career in the science and engineering field, I would highly advise against it. If they allow recruiters such as the recruiter that I worked with to work for them, I would assume there are plenty others everywhere and I would not want anyone to waste their time as I have wasted mine. I only wish that I would have decided to terminate my relationship earlier.
