enormous waste of time for all parties involved
took the recruiter forever to even acknowledge application, finally got on a call and he couldn't answer any questions
spoke with the HM who seemed nice but also very monotone and not excited at all about the role/team
the compensation they told me about was laughable. I interviewed with 8 other companies, some much smaller, some bigger, and all 8 have higher pay ranges than Actian
