I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism (Oakdale, MN) in Oct 2025
Interview
I field out the application then received a phone call and set up an interview at a location near me. Talked about position amd the great opportunities within the company. The growth and different avenues you can take. Went for a tour and got hooked up with an actual BCBA and sat with a child and asked questions and worked with the child a little bit. Went back to office and discussed how it was and left. It was a great interview very hands on amd detailed. Easy to talk to and express reasons why you want to become part of the team.
