Relatively decent process. Started with a phone interview, then in person interview, then they fly you out to Austin if you pass the initial in person interview for a third and final interview.

The interview process was simple. Met with the recruiter, then the Regional Operations Manager, then a combination of Regionals & the VP of Operations. The hardest thing about the interview is the riddles. They'll claim there's no wrong answer, but with the nature of things - a riddle is very telling.
