I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism (Minnetonka, MN) in Jun 2026
Interview
Super easy! I connected with a recruiter on LinkedIn - Natalie (she was AMAZING), and we set up a time to chat over the phone. It was genuinely fun and really engaging! She then scheduled a virtual time for me to interview with someone from the region I lived in, which was equally fun and enjoyable. The questions weren't hard, but were definitely geared towards culture and clinical quality. After that, I had an offer within 24 hours, that I accepted!

Interview
The process was pretty seamless with the use of calendly and the team was clear in communication. They provided follow ups at each step and everyone I spoke with was friendly. The recruiter remained helpful throughout the process and the clinician I interviewed with was extremely knowledgable about the role and expectations.
