Quick email for an interview after applying. Thought the interview went really well. Sent multiple follow-up emails and never heard a word from the recruiter, even after being told I'd hear something that week. Very unprofessional to not even tell someone "no."

The interview process was unusual. After completing my initial phone interview, I received an email with the details for an in-person interview, along with a lengthy list of questions to prepare for. I was also instructed to research the company and review their social media accounts, as they mentioned they monitor applicants’ social media as well. When I arrived for the in-person interview, it quickly became apparent that the center lacked organization and direction. Parents and therapists were coming and going in a chaotic manner, creating an environment that felt extremely disorganized and hectic. Facing the intense pressure to be fully prepared for an exhaustive list of questions, only to step into a chaotic and disorganized environment, left me uneasy and concerned about what working there might truly be like.
