Interview
I was first in contact with the Talent Advisor who was very friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable about the company. She asked me questions about my general experience, etc. After our conversation, she set up an in-person interview with the Clinical Director of the company where I got to chat more about my behavior analytical skills and overall experience as a clinician. From here, I had a zoom interview with the Vice President of the company, and then another zoom interview with the Regional Director and a Clinical Director to speak more about my experience, answer their questions, and ask any questions I had.

Phone interview, virtual, then in person with a tour of the clinic. Recruiters are very helpful and maintain communication throughout the process. Interview in person is with operations manager and clinical director.

Interview process was smooth, Lynsee Degraw was on it! Fast response, fast process - honestly a little whiplash with how fast but in a good way. I was a potential relocator hire and was allowed ample time to consider the offer. My questions were answered quickly and with satisfactory information. I'm eager to start my new position.
