Interview
I applied through Indeed with a short cover letter, and received an invite for a phone interview about two days later with a recruiter. The recruiter gave me all the information on the position, and asked me a few questions about myself. She then scheduled a virtual interview with the Director of the site I'll be working at through Google Meets. The Director asked many detailed questions to make sure I was a good fit with the companies values, to make sure I could handle the children, etc. I received an offer that evening.
