I applied online. I interviewed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism (Katy, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
There was a one on one with one of the leaders. Interview felt smooth. It felt like a conversation. After the one on one, they pair you up with a therapist to see how you interact with the children. Overall the interview process was great!
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism (Schaumburg, IL) in Mar 2022
Interview
The whole process was amazing, I’ve had some pretty unorganized interviews in the past and this was done so well. I applied on their website and they got back to me the same day and was set up for an interview the following day. Received and signed the offer letter the next day, while process was three days. Jasmin Garrison was very knowledgeable and so friendly!

Interview
I applied 30 days prior to getting an email from a recruiter. I started with a 25 minute phone call regarding ABC and their efforts handling COVID (amazing). Then we discussed just the basic information about my work history, education, and about my experience as a an RBT.
After that discussion, the recruiter immediately got me connected with the clinical office manager for a FaceTime virtual interview. It was wonderful and consisted of the same conversation as I had with the recruiter. The clinical office manager and recruiter were helpful and incredibly approachable about my questions.
I was offered a position during my FaceTime phone call!
