ABC has, by far, had the best interview experience I have had yet. I am very appreciative of the effort and care that they put into their interview process. It makes a HUGE difference! The interview process from the first contact was overwhelmingly positive and welcoming. Going into the interview, I knew that something I was looking for was a company that promoted a genuine positive employee culture, and I got the impression right away that that was what ABC was all about. I met with Alyssa from HR in the first phone interview, which was 30 minutes. From there, I had a second and third video interview with staff from leads in the department I was applying in. Each interview solidified that positive culture and genuine care. They were well informed in answering the questions I had prepared, and explained the job role and organization thoroughly. They asked thoughtful, related questions, and truly seemed to want to understand your interest in the role and what you could bring to the table, as well as explain how they would support you. They understood that this role would be a change of pace from my previous job, and asked thought provoking questions as to how I felt about it and how I might transition. It was evident that they truly cared about finding an employee that was dedicated, passionate, and who would be a mutually beneficial best-fit for the company and for you! I did not have the opportunity to meet with staff at the location I will be working at, or to go for an in-person interview. At other companies, this may have been a deterrent, but I feel so strongly from the comprehensive interview opportunities that I will feel right at home at my location. After the third interview, they did request a de-identified writing sample to review, Which was fully relevant to the role I was applying for. They submitted a fair job offer to me two business days later, which I accepted. Along with the offer letter, they sent over tons of other informational packets about the company and opportunities for growth and success within the company. These were great resources to have, and continued to build the excitement about joining this company!
