I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism (Longmont, CO) in Sep 2023
Interview
Andre is the manager at this location. He's so nice and welcoming. We had a great conversation. The questions were very much geared towards the job and type of work. There weren't many typical interview questions. After the initial interview, he gave me a tour of the facility. Many children were there so there was opportunity to interact with them as well as the therapists. My only issue was I was told I would hear from the recruiter within 3 business days of whether or not I would get the job. I never heard anything from them even after I had attempted to make contact. I would have had an overall great experience, regardless of getting the job or not had I ever received any form of contact afterwards.
