Interview
It was a fairly simple interview. I first spoke to an ABC recruiter for about 15 minutes where she asked simple screening questions. Then she got back to me about scheduling an interview with the operations manager of the location I applied to. I answered a couple of the manager's questions and sat briefly (maybe 10-15 minutes) in a therapy session with a BCBA and the patient he was with. The BCBA asked me a couple questions too out of curiosity about my background. After the interview I received confirmation that I had a job offer.
