Interview process was easy. The OM was nice and seemed professional. I like that I got to shadow an RBT for about 40 minutes to make sure it seemed like a good fit. RBT was also very helpful and nice.

Just received a call back to scedule and physical interview after 10 hour having applied. The initial phone call was just a prescreen/introduction to onboarding while being explained in detail, about the role i applied to.

Interview
There's an initial phone call to assess your interest and experience, then an in person interview containing scenario based questions about how you would handle situations with patients and how you have handled things in the past. It's beneficial to demonstrate experience with children and an enthusiasm for play based therapy.
