First, you will have a phone interview with a talent advisor. Then, depending on how that goes, you get scheduled for an in-person interview at the clinic which will include some time where you are left to shadow a session before proceeding with the manager for the interview.

Just received a call back to scedule and physical interview after 10 hour having applied. The initial phone call was just a prescreen/introduction to onboarding while being explained in detail, about the role i applied to.

Interview
There's an initial phone call to assess your interest and experience, then an in person interview containing scenario based questions about how you would handle situations with patients and how you have handled things in the past. It's beneficial to demonstrate experience with children and an enthusiasm for play based therapy.
