You will go through 2-3 rounds of meeting with various clinical leadership. It is a very standard BCBA interview, where you are asked about your clinical experience, strengths, competencies, etc. Each interview was about 45-1 hour, including time for questions.

Fantastic process, the recruiter communicated well and made applying simple! Initial questions by the recruiter during the phone screen and follow up interview questions by clinicians were in depth and very applicable. They were also very open about answering questions!
