- Submit application online: show verfication for your accredited master's program, resume, experiences, references.
- Phone screen: Someone from HR management will contact you via phone in 1-2 days. Review your resume etc.
- In person interview: Scheduled within the same week, you meet with BCBAs, CDs. QUestions to review expectations and programs for internship/requirements needed
- Skills assesment: demonstrate with a scenario how you implement basic behavior intervention plan etc
- Feedback, acceptance offer: within a week and a few days can receive offer. Finish on-boarding requirements

Just received a call back to scedule and physical interview after 10 hour having applied. The initial phone call was just a prescreen/introduction to onboarding while being explained in detail, about the role i applied to.

Interview
There's an initial phone call to assess your interest and experience, then an in person interview containing scenario based questions about how you would handle situations with patients and how you have handled things in the past. It's beneficial to demonstrate experience with children and an enthusiasm for play based therapy.
