Recruiter will contact you to schedule a phone interview. Will be easy if you know anything about autism and special needs children. The key is to be professional and passionate. Will quickly schedule for an in person interview. I received offer the same day. The people at ABC were very friendly and had great energy!

Just received a call back to scedule and physical interview after 10 hour having applied. The initial phone call was just a prescreen/introduction to onboarding while being explained in detail, about the role i applied to.

Interview
There's an initial phone call to assess your interest and experience, then an in person interview containing scenario based questions about how you would handle situations with patients and how you have handled things in the past. It's beneficial to demonstrate experience with children and an enthusiasm for play based therapy.
