It was great! I ended up doing 3 meetings over the process of about a month since I contacted them way out before my start date, so I believe you’d typically do two meetings, a screening and an actual interview. Everyone I talked to was so kind and it was very low stress :)

Just received a call back to scedule and physical interview after 10 hour having applied. The initial phone call was just a prescreen/introduction to onboarding while being explained in detail, about the role i applied to.

Interview
There's an initial phone call to assess your interest and experience, then an in person interview containing scenario based questions about how you would handle situations with patients and how you have handled things in the past. It's beneficial to demonstrate experience with children and an enthusiasm for play based therapy.

Phone interview was very brief. They asked about my experience working with children. Next interview is in person at the location I applied to in Lakeway Texas to shadow a RBT.
