Phone Screening - Video Conference - Onsite Interview - Presentation of how their product can benefit a hypothetical company's questions and concerns regarding their product and how it can be utilized to its fullest. The presentation is given in their conference room to 6-10 current employees (ranging from Support, Current CS team, CEO, Content creator for KB articles, etc.)

Interview
There were 5 rounds total - recruiter phone interview, 3 video calls with team members and the VP, and a final presentation where it was a hypothetical client with a new CMO asking about the tech, how it helps, ensuring they are being safe, and asking for any other info they should know about. Overall, simple interview experience with lovely, kind people. In total, about 3 weeks before offer was received.
