Hiring Manager reached out via email after I applied on a posting online. It went 'great', I had the experience listed in their requirements. She told me she would contact me the following week if she wanted to move forward or not. I still haven't received a 'yes' or 'no'. If someone takes out time out of their day to take a 30 minute phone call, out of respect (for both parties) please let them know your decision. My impression of the company is a little less due to being 'ghosted' by the hiring manager.
