      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ActiveProspect in Mar 2020

      Interview

The interview process was refreshingly straight forward. I first talked with the head of HR for 30 minutes. This was essentially a screening call. Next I had a 45-minute technical interview with a Senior Software Engineer. Overall it was a general conversation about technologies, like, dislikes, etc. There were roughly 5 technical questions specific to Elixir that I did have to answer. The third conversation was with the Director of Engineering. I think this was more of a culture fit talk. We got into some behavioral discussions around the way that I like to work and how I've dealt with various work situations previously. Again, it was pretty casual.

      Question 1

How have you dealt with situations where someone didn't agree with you on a code decision?
