Met with CEO, met with team I'd be working with, did a few projects online/via email. Stretched out over a lunch and couple of interviews. Did a few calls back-and-forth. This is before they'd hired HR so took a little bit of chasing down to get the offer completed. They were also fairly big on making sure there was a cultural fit before moving forward.
