I applied online on the company website, It was the worst recruiting process i've ever experienced in my entire life, really unbelievable. Simply I had no feedback about my application, I had no idea that I was rejected until I received a survey requesting my feedback about how the process went and what should be improved!! which indicated that this recruiting process was over some time ago!!! without me being told or sent any feedback !!!! There was no technical assessment for my skills. There was no chance for me to showcase any of my experience. I only had two short calls, one with a recruiter, and one with some manager, both trying to explain the role for me and asking about my motivations. They told me they'll let me know about next steps and technical interviews. I was also told that I will receive some technical challenge at some point. And then after that there was simply nothing. Just me waiting for any kind of feedback and I got nothing, I didn't receive anything, I even sent some followup emails asking for a feedback or clarifications and got no response all the same !!! Even those two calls, they were very badly planned and handled, I was told about the first call like ages before it actually happened and I had to wait a lot, and then second call came after very long time of the first one, and even worse they told me about second interview only a day ahead, they even seemed not sure whether it's going to happen or not, they said "please save the potential date for your interview and wait for our confirmation". And most funny part is that I received an interview confirmation like only an hour ahead of its actual time, and an email asking me to quickly confirm or reject the invitation ... I was like, SERIOUSLY !!!??? Since that second call I had been waiting for over than two weeks with no feedback or any replies to my emails .. until finally got this survey request which I happily replied to (Apparently unlike most of the employees of this company :) ) And that WAS the end of this interview process :D .. very funny indeed ..
