It was a video interview with two people, one was late by 10 minutes. The interview questions weren't difficult, mostly describing my previous experience and giving examples of how I would handle various situations. The first interviewer who was on time seemed nice albeit disinterested in my responses. The second interviewer was a bit condescending, especially when I was asking questions about the role. It was contract to potential full time and I wanted to know how they gauge whether or not someone would be a good fit for this position full time. He gave a very roundabout kind of answer that didn't really answer my question. It didn't leave me to feeling great about the role, as it seemed to me like they might be looking for someone to set up the process for their team and just not renew the contract after. Overall, this was not the most pleasant interview experience. I understand if they felt I wasn't a good fit after speaking to me, but just felt disrespected through the process.
