I applied online. I interviewed at Activision Blizzard (London, England)
Interview
I had a very positive first interview with the recruiter where we chatted casually about the role and my experiences. I prepped extensively for the second interview and was ready for competency-based questions for the 2nd round. The 2nd interview was only scheduled for 30 minutes which felt a bit short in my opinion. A good chunk of the interview was again taken up by talking about the role and my experience and then I was only asked one, slightly rushed, competency question about how I handle change and then the interview was over. It was a very pleasant interview and I felt ok about it but as feedback, I was told I did not give enough evidence of my experiences which felt unfair as the interview was so short.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Activision Blizzard in Jun 2021
