I had two phone interviews, followed by two in-person group interviews on-site at the Conyers location. There was a significant period of time that lapsed between the two in-person interviews (months) and the second interview was a complete 180 as far as the mood of the interviewers. The first interview lasted about two hours and was extremely friendly and enjoyable. The second was completely different - the main director was extremely condescending and brazenly rude -- he cut me off and talked over me repeatedly. If they had offered me the position after the second interview, I would have declined it. It was bizarre. I actually wrote separate emails to the recruiter and two directors after the second interview to clarify the disparity in the extensive interview process (that had taken 5 months) and never received a written response. I received a canned auto-response two days later informing me that they chose to go in another direction.
