Panel style interview. All panels were very welcoming and professional. Interview was about 3 hours, a bit exhausting. Absolutely no room for negotiation. Recruiter asked me my absolute lowest option for compensation so after interview/offer the recruiter called and said I was the unanimous favorite but they couldn't afford my salary requirement. They passed me up for a $5K difference in compensation. Very disappointing. But a great interview experience.
