Interview
The interview process was a great experience with Acuity. I lived far away from the facility when I was going through the interview process. So there was a couple rounds of interviews through video calls with many different managers. After having established that both I and they felt I had the potential to be a good match, the company then paid to rent a car and a plane ticket to visit the facility. Another round of interviews and a tour of the plant later, we all had a much better idea of how we wanted to proceed. I was quickly extended an offer within a couple of days and made the move a couple weeks later to start the new position. Not only was I excited to take the position but they offered a salary and benefits above and beyond what I was looking to achieve.

Interview
Got the interview via recruiter. Talked to recruiter about 2 times then flown in for an in-person interview. Waited in lobby with about four other potential candidates. Each person called in randomly. I was told I was going to interview with two specific people. Instead interviewed with two others. Convoluted and very disorganized. Also took an eternity to get reimbursed for hotel expense.
