Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe your experience leading a team or group project.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Acuity Inc. (Decatur, GA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied through university. Recruiter called then a day later the engineer called. Got brought in to Acuity's campus for the interview and the process went smoothly. Ended up rejecting the offer because the engineers that interviewed me didn't seem like they didn't want to be technically competent or explore the next big thing.
For example, one of the engineers actually asked how to fix supply issues caused by geo-political or random events that cause a component to not be available, without pushing the release of a product or increasing costs by building redundancies. Then proceeded to tell me how they had a problem like this and fixed it by building additional redundancies of a given component. Lol
