I applied through LinkedIn. I was quickly contacted by the recruiter who moved me along to the hiring manager. They then set me up with 3 more interviews: 2 business partners for the role and a finance team colleague. Everyone was very nice, but after all that I got a bland rejection from the recruiter. I followed up and asked if I could have some feedback and the response was another email from the recruiter that was a copy of the previous email, and then a system rejection. At the end of the day I believe money was the main factor. The role was posted with a salary range of $101K-$181K, but the recruiter balked when I said $150K (which is about the average for this title in Atlanta). Ignoring a polite request for feedback after someone has gone through 2 rounds and put energy into preparing definitely showed me that this is not a company that values its people. Also, they reposted the job without the salary range on LinkedIn...

Horrible, are you really hiring. Stop reposting the same position every month and wasting our time. I went through 3 rounds of interviews and then ghosted. As another stated, I received message that I didn't get the job and a few days later you posted the same opening again.
