The interview process was extremely slow with multiple rounds of interviews over a five-week period. It was apparent that another candidate was selected after the final round of interviews. That is fair. However, being ghosted for three weeks after the final round of interviews is not.

The interview process took five weeks. After several rounds of interviews, it was apparent that another candidate was selected for the position. This is fair. However, I was ghosted for another three weeks before receiving an email that provided this update. I believe candidates deserve more respect than this, especially after putting so much time and effort into the process.

First round was phone interview with a manager and it was about 20 mins. Then I was invited to office interview. There are 2 rounds back to back and each was 30 mins. Casual chat and normal behavioral questions. Managers and interviewers are super nice.
