Not really a fair interview process, they were bullying me around a lot because I was a new university graduate who had unsuccessfully been looking for work for a while, taking jobs such as being a laborer, painter, waiter, etc. I had technical related internships in the past, but the interviewers really loved to poke at my non-technical positions even though I had to keep explaining that I had prior internship experience at other technical companies. It's like they don't know it's possible to get laid-off and have to earn a living doing anything. I applied online all the way back in summer of the previous year, got an interview a month later, and another interview two months after, then nothing for over half a year even after inquiring and sending "thank yous for the interview" responses. It's only after I finished moving for another job I had gotten elsewhere that I suddenly got an offer from them. It seems that they really like to hold your information, I'm under the assumption that they chose someone else initially then that individual or another person left and they wanted me and got my information from a list far after the interview. Which really is a bad interviewing practice, if they had just given me the offer initially I would've accepted it immediately (I even told them that I could work immediately), having such long timeframes of over a year just to get a position is really terrible and a good way to lose good talent because as I said, I had just finished moving in for another position elsewhere and the hiring manager for the company suddenly approached me half a year later and said, "Accept the offer and work tomorrow now now now!!!"...
