The funniest part is that they expect unpaid interns to solve their company’s strategy and most critical technical problems (because no one else there can), yet they don’t have the budget to hire actual professionals. If the most important issues have to be solved for free, what can you realistically expect them to achieve? Don’t waste your time interviewing with them. Even though the person who contacts you may sound nice, the result will only be a complete waste of your time.
