I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Addison Group (Houston, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
Applied on LinkedIn then recruiter reached out. From there took an assessment test. Which was very simple. Then was asked to come in for in-person interview. The interview was with 2 upper level employees. The questions were somewhat in a sense as if I applied for senior level position vs entry level. I walked away feeling as if I was being drilled and needed to come from a role that was identical instead of having "transferable" skills. He stated in the interview that my current company was different. Which is clearly understandable. No two companies are the same.Needless to say the recruiter that initially reached out to me never reached back out.I saw on LinkedIn were the position was back open when I was ready to follow up. He told me that he called me not once but twice to inform me I didn't get the offer and left a voicemail. I received none. The way this company treated me was bogus. No one calls you twice to tell you didn't get the job. So I'm certainly positive he never followed up.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Addison Group (Houston, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
Contacted by Addison recruiters on LInkedin, email, and phone calls several times with roles they want to interview me for. Respond showing interest to roles and with requested info. Get no response for a couple days, send a follow to them, consistently ghosted.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Addison Group (Denver, CO) in Mar 2026
Interview
Honestly one of the best interviews I’ve ever had. They were super friendly but still felt like an interview. Had three interviews, last one with the manager and then came in for a shadowing that was super helpful
I applied online. I interviewed at Addison Group (Washington, DC) in Feb 2026
Interview
Had a great initial phone screening, and then proceeded to talk to the manager at Addison Group for a 2nd round and I was extremely disappointed. He did not seem like he was interested in me as a candidate but rather meeting me out of obligation and formality. I did attempt to create some rapport, but only interviewed with standard questions for 10 minutes then proceeded to ask "What questions do you got?", interview was over within 20 minutes which was the shortest 2nd round interview I've ever had. Haven't heard anything from the team since the interview, it's been 2+ weeks.
