I applied online, got an email to interview, the first interview was insanely easy, they literally didn't ask me any questions scheduled me to meet with the other supervisor the next day. I showed up and the supervisor wasn't there. I had to drive to a different location, this one asked the basic questions, but was still unprepared and thought I was interviewing for a different position, I had to correct her. I was kinda surprised I was offered the job.
