Inexperienced interviewer who expected the candidate to explain the job and interview themselves. It was difficult to take the meeting seriously given the lack attention and thoughtfulness demonstrated by the hiring managers. The interview told me everything I needed to know.

Behavioral and technical interview both onsite. Both were about 30 min to 1 hour long. There was a quite a bit of waiting and the offer fell through at the last step.
