Aderant interview questions

They sent out an aptitude test. After that I came in for an interview and redid the test to prove the consistency of scores. Later I was asked to take a technical test. After a while of waiting, I got declined. The worst thing is hiring process took 3 months.

I was contacted by Aderant through a mutual friend when I heard I was job searching. He introduced me to a sales manager. We spoke twice on the phone and I asked him some questions, he was forthright and helpful. I was then put through the regular interview regime: 30 min phone interview with sales role-play exercises. Then I went in for an interview, I met with the same manager and we spoke about conditions, salary and career growth opportunities. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down after finding a better career fit. Overall: They were professional and honest, I had a positive experience
