I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adform (Vilnius) in Dec 2025
Interview
The process was very fast. They were giving answer the next day after the interview, other than that they give a very clear expectation without hiding anything, so it felt like a very transparent and welcoming interview. The best interview i have ever had and didn't feel intimidated at all.
The process stretched for quite a period of time. There were several delays, for objective reasons, but I wasn't always updated about them in time. This was a single point that I can characterise as frustrating. To their credit, they apologised for that. Other than that, all of the interviews were positive, sometimes challenging but always respectful. Had to do a certain amount of homework and there were test tasks during the interview, but nothing too demanding in terms of time.
Even the final email, while with no offer, contained positive feedback.
