1st round interview with commercial director, asked typical questions on why Adform, why leave your current position, what do you know about us etc. lasted about an hour.
2nd interview came within a week. I had to role play pitching Adform to a new publisher. In the room was co-founder, commercial director, head of sales and some senior guy over from US.
Apart from the commercial director I didn't get a positive vibe at all. Started the pitch, lasted approx 30mins then out of role play into questions.
There was a few of the typical questions are you a hunter or herder, best deal, what would your current employer say about you, how to approach problems.
Didn't get the role. The feedback was "I didn't treat it like a real role play, didn't try and close them at the end, although my presentation overall was really good and I showed passion". They even compared me to the person who actually got the job, which is always nice to kick you when your down.
My tip would be to be prepared to be taken out of your comfort zone, and ready to present to them their own product! It's difficult to grasp and focus on the trilogy of what they do without one of the interviewers tripping you up at some point. Almost like being marked down constantly as opposed to marked up.
Good luck
