I passed the first round of interviews and was invited to the second round with the recruiting manager. I did not pass and was rejected, and the feedback given was that my motive to join adform and reason for leaving the current firm were not adequate. I didn't get both reasons for rejection, specially the motive, like what motivation you want your company is not apple nor spacex second was regarding reason for leaving my existing company my project was over hence was looking for new challenges that's the main reason I was looking for change. I just wanted my time and couldn't believe I took half a day for their interview, total waste of time the reasons which they rejected the same thing were provided to the HR person as well if they didn't like it they shouldn't have even selected me for the next round.
