The process was very disjointed and ultimately a very frustrating experience. After three rounds of interviews, which included video calls with the hiring manager and a panel, I was informed of a change in the direction of the interview process which suddenly included a technical prompt. The direction of the prompt was vague and did not seem measurable based on the limited feedback that was received afterward (the prompt felt like an in-house project for the team using free resources). After such a positive start to the process with great conversations, I felt as though I wasted my time and left the experience feeling very disappointed.
