Adform interview questions

There were 3 stages. The first one was with a recruiter from Poland. She was very lovely and straight forward, no sugar coating. She gave me A LOT of information about Adform which I had to rush and write it all down. For some reason I didn't think I will get an offer for a second stage! Second stage of the interview was with the HR and one of the executives. I was also given a task to do which was a 10minute presentation about Adform and how could I contribute. (I was happy that I took a lot of notes during the first stage interview). The whole process went super smoothly, I felt very calm after the presentation. As Adform is taking a Startup approach- they were very laid back and informal, this really helped me to relax. After 2 days I was invited to a 3rd stage to speak with another executive. Again, I was very calm because I knew all my answers and what I stand for. The interview had to be 50min but it turned out to be 28min only. It was very straight forward, no sugar coating and very formal. After few days I've received an email from the recruiter sending me a job offer. This was literally one of the best days of my life! The whole interview process took around 3weeks.

The process stretched for quite a period of time. There were several delays, for objective reasons, but I wasn't always updated about them in time. This was a single point that I can characterise as frustrating. To their credit, they apologised for that. Other than that, all of the interviews were positive, sometimes challenging but always respectful. Had to do a certain amount of homework and there were test tasks during the interview, but nothing too demanding in terms of time. Even the final email, while with no offer, contained positive feedback.
