I completed a phone interview, a Sparkhire interview, and two onsite interviews. The interviews were focused on skills, past experience, and on culture fit. Everyone I interviewed with was very nice and explained the position and the company very well. After being shown the space and meeting the team I got the impression that this would be a great (and fun) place to work.
