Initially reached out to by the head-hunter. I had a detailed call with the head-hunter about my educational background, previous and current work experience, future aspirations, expectations from an employer, positive experiences in my former & current place of employment, challenges that I faced and overcame. Post this conversation, the head-hunter reached out to senior stakeholders : Talent Acquisition Head, Head HR to review my resume and profile. There was another conversation with the head-hunter about my educational background and past work experience since I was from a different field. The interview was about and hour & a half long, There were questions about my family background, previous & current workplace, expectations from the employer, technical questions about the work in my current workplace, aspirations & goals in the next 10 years
